Remuneration: Basic up to $6,000 + VB + Dental Benefits

Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am-6:00pm, Alternate Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service operations, providing guidance and support when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company service guiidelines and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Aftersales Department to set goals and objectives on customer satisfaction.
• Conduct Customer Experience Surveys, review the feedbacks and follow up with Aftersales Department.
• Resolve all customer complaints virtually or physically in a proactive manner and ensure highest possible customer satisfaction.
• Analyse data on customer service levels and work with Manager to develop improvement and corrective measures.

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of customer service experience in automotive industry
• Possess strong knowledge of customer service principles and quality assurance practices
• Solid communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
