- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with enquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system for tracking and follow-up.
- Resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
- Preferably with customer service experience in a call centre environment.
- Only open to Singaporeans.
