- Backend Support [Call centre Environment]
Job Scope:
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns with empathy.
- Recommend products, service contracts, service fees to customers.
- Assist with preparing after-sales reports and other tasks as needed.
- Support customers via phone to promote products and service.
- Collect service charges and follow up on unpaid bills.
- Update customer service records and prepare Quality Claims Reports (QCR).
- Follow up with QA on quality-related service issues.
Requirements:
- Exposure to customer-oriented environment and/or call center experience
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Good listening skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
