Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings, walk-ins, and the full ticketing process.
- Handle reservations, amendments, cancellations, and mileage redemptions.
- Assist customers, travel agents, and corporate clients via phone/email.
- Maintain customer profiles and frequent flyer accounts.
- Share promotions and assist with programme forms/materials.
- Resolve customer feedback and complaints with backend support.
- Coordinate ticket handling logistics and related events.
- Support strategic planning, sales leads, and process improvements.
- Stay updated on airline and industry requirements.
- Perform other duties to support smooth operations
Requirements
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and reservation/ticketing systems
- Strong attention to detail
