Customer Service & Ticketing Executive
Nicoll Highway
Monday - Friday, Saturday (Half Day)
⏰ 9am - 5pm, 9am - 12pm

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer bookings, walk-ins, and the full ticketing process.
  • Handle reservations, amendments, cancellations, and mileage redemptions.
  • Assist customers, travel agents, and corporate clients via phone/email.
  • Maintain customer profiles and frequent flyer accounts.
  • Share promotions and assist with programme forms/materials.
  • Resolve customer feedback and complaints with backend support.
  • Coordinate ticket handling logistics and related events.
  • Support strategic planning, sales leads, and process improvements.
  • Stay updated on airline and industry requirements.
  • Perform other duties to support smooth operations

Requirements
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and reservation/ticketing systems
  • Strong attention to detail
