Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Health & Beauty Shop
• Position Title: Customer Service
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,000 - $3,500
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls.
• Respond to enquiries via text and email.
• Assist with and follow up on customer requests/orders.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Coordinate with transport/logistics partners on shipping and delivery matters.
• Work with MPM (internal ERP system).
• Follow up on overdue account collections.
• Handle printing and document filing.
• Perform data entry.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
