Job Title: Customer Service Associate (ID3535)
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9am-6pm, Alternate Sat 9am-1pm
Salary up to : $2500

Job Description:
• Assist customers to submit insurance claims.
• Handle customers' enquiries
• Scheduling Appointments for repair/replacement

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level / Higher NITEC in any field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in customer service, administration, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Team Player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
