Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Provide Incoming Dies visibility to the Factory for planning and execution
- Analyse customer forecast numbers and work with customer to pull in dies to fulfil Forecast / AOP/customer Shipment requirements
- Co-ordinate customers' loading and shipment priority within the Factory
- Provide instruction to Planning to execute orders and changes in priorities and orders
- Provide WIP status, ship-out plan and finished good information to customers
- Manage overall customer service operations to achieve high satisfaction levels
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance product and service offerings based on customer feedback
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline customer service delivery
- Maintain pricing and sales order creation for billing and shipment
- Host Customer Visits and Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, technology, and finance
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Customer Service in semiconductor industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment
