What You'll Do:

- Manage incoming service requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Assign field engineers efficiently and track response times.
- Provide first-line support, resolving issues or escalating when needed.
Keep Things Organized & On Track
- Maintain service contracts and ensure we meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Document project details accurately and help hit monthly billing targets.
- Prepare reports on service performance and customer feedback.
Master of Logistics
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing project shipments and spare parts.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to avoid delays.
Who We're Looking For:
