Summary :

• Basic up to $3000, AWS+VB
• 5 days work (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibility :

• Provide support to the Customer Service Department, reporting directly to the Team Manager.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Should possess a strong willingness to learn and take on responsibilities with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of air and sea logistics will be an added advantage.
• Responsible for managing all air and sea freight bookings.
• Coordinate and communicate with both air and sea carriers effectively.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer enquiries and coordination.
• Handle all sea freight documentation, including booking confirmations, Bills of Lading (BL), and related paperwork.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the freight or logistics industry; however, candidates without experience may also be considered.
