• Ensure efficient and smooth operation of airfreight shipments.

• Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.

• Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.

• Update shipments departure timely to customers.

• Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.

• Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.

• Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors' performance .

• Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.

• Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.

• Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
