We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service cum Admin Executive to support both client servicing and administrative operations in our consulting firm. This role is a hybrid position combining front-line customer support with behind-the-scenes administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist consultants with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and following up with clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate client feedback collection and support service improvement initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Handle general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Manage appointment calendars, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
- Support HR-related administration such as onboarding paperwork and leave tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers for office needs (e.g., stationery, IT support).
Other Duties
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Support marketing activities such as updating the company website, preparing presentation materials, and managing social media posts.
- Outbound duties for clients as and when assigned.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or administrative roles (experience in consulting industry is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
