5-day week (Tue and Wed off) from 12pm to 9pm.

Salary: $2300

Job Description:

• Assist customers in creating accounts & downloading the app
• Guide them on using the app & navigating the microsite
• Help customers with Q-matic system & issuing Q tickets
• Support SIM & router exchanges + eSIM activations
• Assist with prepaid top-ups & general inquiries
