Counter Service - One Year Contract

Salary: $ 2800 - $ 3300
Working Location: Will be not fixed (Required to go different outlets as per schedule. 1 base at Fusionopolis, and 1 base at Marina One or IOI Central Boulevard (both these 2 shops is nearby each other. About 5 - 10 mins walk)
Work Timing: 6 days (Rotation shift 7am - 6pm or 9.30am - 8.30pm. Either Sat or Sun off. PH will give off in lieu)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP
• Provide friendly customer service
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Stock-taking
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Sweeping and mopping
