We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Program Engineer ideally with past experience in IT support / operations. This role involves Level 1 support, service delivery coordination across applications, servers, and network infrastructure, as well as IT asset management and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. The ideal candidate should possess a foundation in IT operations and demonstrate strong coordination and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Support project and change requests with relevant technical input.
  • Coordinate and submit project-related reports for the PMO team.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate management reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
  • Execute IMAC services for end-user computing and infrastructure equipment.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Possess relevant IT experience in support or operations.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience across IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience in IT asset management and IMAC services is a strong advantage.
