• Administrative Efficiency: Execute general administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to smooth office operations.
• Billing Oversight: Manage billing processes meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Client Support: Prepare consultation documents and assist clients as a chaperone, providing guidance and support during their visits.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Carry out various ad hoc tasks as assigned to bolster team operations and enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications: GCE N/O Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
