- Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and helpful manner, striving to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, track shipments, and communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Mitsuboshi automotive and industrial belt type and inventory.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and personalised assistance.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or escalations effectively, investigating the issue, and finding suitable resolutions, and address customer concerns promptly and ensure continuous improvement.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update contact information, and track interactions in our ERP system.
Requirements:
• NITEC / HIGHER NITEC / GCE 'A' Level / Diploma.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office application is essential.
• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin with our Taiwan and China customers.
