Job description:
  • Handle enquiries (calls and emails) from the employers and employees.
  • Assist to e-route digital forms and CRM cases to relevant team
  • Ensure that employers and companies meet regulatory standard
  • Manage consent mailbox and replies.
  • Manage queries and appeals related to quota or local workforce issues

Requirements:
  • Must be computer literate and know MS Office
  • Experience in admin or data entry experience is preferred
