Job Responsibilities:
- Support customers with placing, modifying, and tracking grocery orders through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to product availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on order status, returns, and store policies.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and service recovery.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate and prompt order fulfillment.
- Maintain a friendly and service-oriented approach in all customer interactions.
- Record customer feedback and service issues to support continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on current product offerings, promotions, and procedures.
- Generate invoices for incoming customer orders.
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Diploma in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in admin, receptionist, or customer service roles
- Fast learner with a positive working attitude
