Job Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with placing, modifying, and tracking grocery orders through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to product availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on order status, returns, and store policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and service recovery.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate and prompt order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a friendly and service-oriented approach in all customer interactions.
  • Record customer feedback and service issues to support continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on current product offerings, promotions, and procedures.
  • Generate invoices for incoming customer orders.

Job Requirements:
  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Diploma in any field
  • 1-2 years of experience in admin, receptionist, or customer service roles
  • Fast learner with a positive working attitude
