Customer Service:
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate product/service information.
. Manage customer onboarding process
• Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Perform daily transaction checking.
• Consolidate customer settlement report.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback in the company's database.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
Ad Hoc Duties:
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Higher NITEC, Diploma in Business, accouting or a related field
• Proven experience in customer service and accounting roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
