Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers
  • Process customer purchase orders, validate pricing and lead times
  • Perform order entry, rescheduling, planning, and monitor delivery schedules
  • Communicate with customers professionally via email and phone regarding order status and delivery updates
  • Coordinate with production teams and overseas factories to ensure on-time order fulfilment
  • Prepare delivery documents and coordinate logistics for timely dispatch
  • Issue purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and track delivery schedules
  • Monitor and manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods
  • Organize monthly stock-taking activities, reconcile and verify inventory from various stockrooms
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement good inventory management practices
  • Promote teamwork and support team-building initiatives

Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE Nitec or GCE "O" Level qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience (preferably in manufacturing or supply chain)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Passionate team player with a positive work attitude
  • Working Location: Tuas (5mins from Tuas Crescent MRT)
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.00pm
