Job Description:
  • Parts & Service Coordination: Verify warranty coverage, issue purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, track servicing jobs, and ensure timely vehicle servicing.
  • Customer Service: Handle walk-in and phone enquiries, explain service and lease terms, respond to customer requests, and manage complaints professionally.
  • Sales & Client Relations: Provide quotations, maintain client relationships, negotiate deals, and support long-term leasing opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation, issue invoices, prepare agreements, and coordinate with admin staff for payments and records.
  • Vehicle Handling: Oversee vehicle inspections, photo-taking, and workshop logistics.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Support miscellaneous operational duties as assigned.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday- 0845am-0545pm

Saturdays- 0845am-1600pm

No overtime work

Job Requirements:

Enjoy interacting and helping clients

Be able to effectively communicate with clients

Motivated and driven personality

Able to multi task

Class 3 Driving licence
