We are a premier courier delivery express company specializing in the last-mile delivery of luxury items for B2B clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Job Responsibilities
✅ Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
✅ Process bookings for collection and delivery through our system for priority clients.
✅ Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
✅ Offer shipment support and resolve delivery-related issues.
✅ Generate and compile monthly reports for management.
✅ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.
✅ Work closely with the customer service team to provide full support to clients.
✅ Coordinate with the operations team for daily collections and deliveries.
✅ Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Customer Service Manager.
✅ Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma in any discipline.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Prior experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or shipping (preferred but not required).
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
