- Manage and supervise the customer service team
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor service performance metrics and generate reports
- Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery
- Ensure timely response and follow-up with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management or a related role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in managing customer service software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Singaporean or PR preferred
