Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure a high level of satisfaction for our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will oversee daily customer interactions, resolve complaints efficiently, and develop strategies to improve overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the customer service team
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitor service performance metrics and generate reports

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery
  • Ensure timely response and follow-up with customers

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management or a related role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in managing customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Singaporean or PR preferred
