We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant cum Admin Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves handling customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Administrative Duties:
Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support internal departments with various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
