JOB PURPOSE
The Telerecruiter is the first point-of-contact for blood donors at the Blood Donor Recruitment Programme, and performs a critical role in calling donors to book in appointments for them to give blood, recalling donors when blood stocks are low, and informing donors (including walk-in donors) of donation criteria and about key events and recognition programmes.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Perform tele-recruitment and appointment booking functions
2. Handle all incoming calls on appointment-booking, enquiries etc
3. Assist with the implementation of donor recognition programmes
4. Perform basic data entry and donation documentation
5. Assist with administrative duties as required
Experience:
● With customer service and administrative support background would be an added advantage
Required experience, skills, and knowledge:
● Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse communities
● Good spoken English; ability to speak Mandarin/Malay/Tamil would be an added advantage
● Good phone manners and excellent customer service skills
● Good understanding of basic computer functions
● Proficiency in using communication tools, databases, and recruitment software
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
● Detailed-oriented and responsible
● Good phone manner and customer service skills
● Willing to work on Saturdays / Sundays
● Students and retirees are welcome
Working hours: 10AM - 5PM, Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays
