📌Location: Toa Payoh
📜Working Duration: 1 Year Contract
🗓Working Days: Mon - Fri
⌚️Work Timing: 9 am – 6.30pm
💰Salary: $2200/Mth

💻Job Scope:

• Manage email escalations relating to products, complaints & feedback
• Ensure all enquiries are routed to the correct stakeholders
• Ensure proper resolution and closure to all email escalations
• Analysis of complaint cases to ensure proper classification reporting
• Ensure service levels are fulfilled within SLA by GCA
• Accurate reporting of daily/weekly/monthly statistics based on email escalations
• Assist team lead in handling complaints escalation from senior management

💻Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Prior Customer Experience Officer would be advantageous
