Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals. Qualify leads through effective communication to understand their fitness goals and needs.
• Present and promote personal training programs to potential clients.
• Conduct consultations and tours of the facility, showcasing the benefits of our personalized training programs.
• Follow up with leads through personalized communication to nurture relationships and convert them into members.
• Close sales by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and overcoming objections.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track lead statuses in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions that drive new memberships
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate new leads and increase brand awareness
- CRM Software Handling
1. Manage and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
2. Input and track client interactions, sales activities, and progress within the CRM system.
3. Generate reports from the CRM to analyze sales performance, client engagement, and other key metrics.
4. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Requirement
- Minimally Diploma and above
- Able to provide quality customer service
