Job Description:

  • Ensure accurate documentation of received documents
  • Organize documents and prepare manifests for vendor transcription, including verification in grants processing system
  • Liaise with external parties
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Manage incoming hardcopy and softcopy mails

Requirement:

  • Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / 'A' Levels / Diploma / Degree
  • Some experience in admin
