# 5-day work week: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am – 6pm

A local tertiary institution is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join them as an Office Administrator.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee arrangements for courier services
  • Manage inventory and ordering of corporate stationery and pantry supplies
  • Support general office maintenance and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and tidy meeting rooms
  • Collate and preparing meeting materials

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Diploma holders with at least 2 years of relevant experience in secretarial or office administration are also welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Training provided!
