  • Provide general administrative support to the corporate team
  • Maintain job, vendor, and operational files in an orderly and secure manner
  • Prepare basic corporate secretarial documents (when required)
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and arrange courier services
  • Liaise with clients on general administrative matters
  • Answer and redirect phone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Support special projects and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Monitor and manage office inventory and supplies
  • Deliver excellent customer service for basic enquiries

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred (due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients and reviewing Chinese documents)
  • Strong multitasking skills and able to work under tight timelines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a team player
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent
