- Provide general administrative support to the corporate team
- Maintain job, vendor, and operational files in an orderly and secure manner
- Prepare basic corporate secretarial documents (when required)
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and arrange courier services
- Liaise with clients on general administrative matters
- Answer and redirect phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Support special projects and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Monitor and manage office inventory and supplies
- Deliver excellent customer service for basic enquiries
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred (due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients and reviewing Chinese documents)
- Strong multitasking skills and able to work under tight timelines
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a team player
- Self-motivated, proactive, and independent
