Preparing documents, reports, and presentations - Other Administrative Duties:
Assisting with project management tasks. - Maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and functional.
May assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. - Specific Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
