Key Responsibilities:
  • General Office Support: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries.
    Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
    Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files.
    Greeting and assisting visitors.
    Performing basic data entry tasks.
    Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Other Administrative Duties:
    Assisting with project management tasks.
  • Maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
    Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and functional.
    May assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Specific Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Attention to detail and accuracy.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
