Job Description & Requirements

Working hours and location:

• ⁠ ⁠5.5 days work week (alternate Saturday off)

• ⁠ ⁠Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Location: Alexandra (6/25to 8/25) , office will shift to Bugis Junction(9/25 onwards)

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate customer records and fee payment status

• ⁠ ⁠Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner

• ⁠ ⁠Manage communication including emails and phone calls

• ⁠ ⁠Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages

• ⁠ ⁠Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed

• ⁠ ⁠Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and order office supplies

• ⁠ ⁠Issue invoices and review Payment status

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare simple reports

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

* 'Fresh A' level , diploma or university graduates can apply

• ⁠ ⁠1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience will be added advantage.

• ⁠ ⁠Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• ⁠ ⁠Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• ⁠ ⁠Able to work independently

• ⁠ ⁠Immediate availability preferred
