Scope of work

Receptionist duties such as greeting, speaking and arranging appointments with patients

Filing of medical claims and other administrative duties (on paper or using a computer, i.e. Microsoft Excel)

Communicating with the doctor and dispensing medicine

Looking for Candidates

✅ Singaporeans and PR only

✅ Polytechnic (Diploma) / ITE Graduate

✅ Prior experience as clinical assistant (or dental / retail assistant) or warehouse / logistic admin will be preferred

✅ Able to speak English and Mandarin (preferred)

✅ Basic Microsoft Excel

✅ Age below 35 years old

✅ Ready to start work immediately.
