Key Responsibilities

Main Duties

• Assist the Corporate Collaboration Office in implementing business strategies and marketing/communications initiatives to meet defined KPIs.
• Conduct research, networking, and outreach to identify new collaboration and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners across different departments and external organizations.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to spot growth and innovation opportunities.
• Provide regular performance tracking and market analysis reports to management.
• Lead contract and agreement negotiations with partners, ensuring win-win outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative abilities.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and resourceful.
• Comfortable working with data and numerical analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
