Job Description
  • Coordinate clinic meetings, events, and logistics management
  • Manage clinic collaterals and consumables
  • Maintain and track lost and found inventory
  • Record and update clinic assets regularly
  • Handle digital archiving of documents and records
  • Manage patient records and documentation
  • Attend to phone, fax, and email enquiries
  • Support staff and patient engagement activities when needed
  • Assist with patient registration when required
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
  • Min GCE 'O' / 'N' level / NITEC / Higher NITEC with 1 to 3 years of working experience
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days' work week
