Our group of companies specialize in luxury watches and F&B sectors.
We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The successful candidate will handle font desk duties, assist with administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In addition, the role includes supporting staff and guests by maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and providing refreshments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general receptionist duties.
• Attend and receive guest at reception and arrange refreshments where necessary.
• Answering, screening and directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordination of travel arrangements and hotel reservations for overseas travel.
• Manage and coordinate meeting room calendars.
• Arrange courier services (local and international).
• Assist in pantry, office, stationery supplies orders when required.
• Assist with Safe Management Measures admin matters.
• Assist with accounts and office filing system.
• Ad hoc admin matters and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Friendly and professional behavior with strong interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g. MS office, email handling, printer/scanner use)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks effectively
• Physically fit to perform light cleaning and pantry duties
• Punctual, reliable, well-groomed and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
