- Logistics & Office Maintenance:
Manage deliveries of goods to customer sites (including online sales coordination).
Handle collection of payments/documents at the office.
Ensure office facilities (lights, aircon, cleanliness) are well-maintained and operational. - Vendor & Supplies Coordination:
Liaise with suppliers for office purchases (e.g., stationery, pantry items).
Maintain inventory of office supplies.
2. Human Resources
- Assist HR Manager with administrative tasks (e.g., filing, onboarding, leave records).
- Support employee queries and maintain HR documentation.
3. Finance
- Assist Finance Manager with Purchase Orders (POs) and Payment Requests (PRs).
- Follow up on customer payments and vendor invoices.
- Support sales team with purchase coordination and delivery tracking.
Requirements:
