Job Description
Requirement and Skill
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records and office business transactions
- Taking and processing orders. Receive deliveries of goods
- Calling and answering phone calls with customers and vendors
- Monitor, maintain, and order office and production supplies and inventories
- Provide support to relevant team
- General administration duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement and Skill
- Competency in MS Excel, Word & etc
- Bilingual
- Excellent documentation, data entry and administrative skills.
- Well organized, ability to perform filing & record keeping tasks
- Good at multitasking
- Basic understanding of accounts
- Able to start early, 5am.
- Working Hours: 5am to 2pm; Mondays to Saturdays
