Job Scope:

• Welcome and assist guests, including VIPs and regulars
• Handle room registration, cashiering & customer inquiries
• Promote memberships, packages & seasonal deals
• Remember regulars' preferences and prepare accordingly
• Support in-house events and festive decorations
• Maintain front counter and assist in daily operations
