Our client, is a healthcare institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as an Executive Assistant, Healthcare.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process purchase orders and claims through procurement systems.
- Validate and process transportation reimbursement claims.
- Facilitate reimbursement procedures for license renewals for clinicians.
- Compile and prepare operational performance reports of clinicians for submission to the Director.
- Maintain and update the Manpower listing for internal departmental distribution.
- Maintain, update the equipment list to ensure accurate documentation of clinic equipment.
- Support the condemnation and procurement processes for equipment.
- Monitor equipment breakdowns and compile quarterly reports on incident figures.
- Assign training modules to staff.
- Maintain training records.
- Provide logistics support (e.g. printing of materials, refreshment) as needed.
- Events Management.
- Arrange meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Support for audits.
- Calendar Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft office applications preferred
