Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead front-to-end execution of fund finance transactions (including subscription finance).

2) Perform due diligence and financial analysis of fund sponsor and institutional investor.

3) Prepare, review, and negotiate term sheet with investment manager / fund sponsor.

4) Prepare and present credit application to obtain approval for new financing, refinancing, and ad-hoc customer requests (i.e. facility extension, accordion, change of condition).

5) Documentation with legal counsel and closing facilitation with internal stakeholders.

6) Support portfolio management team on periodical credit review of existing customers.

7) Conduct market research and analysis for internal reporting purposes.

8) Perform any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the line Senior Manager.

Requirements:

1) Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills.

2) Strong written and verbal communication skills to present credit submissions, conduct internal reporting, and collaborate / coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

3) Solid experience in deal execution, including credit approval, documentation, and closing processes.

4) Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and good teamwork ethic.

5) Proactive and highly motivated individual who is passionate about adding value to new business.

6) Understanding of MUTB policies and procedures, including those of credit, employment, compliance, conduct, etc.
