- Assist Office Manager in general admin, office operations and occassional ad hoc tasks

- Comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner with hotel clients and members
- Customer Service oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with using mobile applications
- Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both English, Mandarin is an added advantage
- Keen to learn and able to work independently
- Good working attitude and team player
Other Details
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Singaporeans and PRs to apply
