Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist Office Manager in general admin, office operations and occassional ad hoc tasks
  • Job location: City Hall


Job Requirements
  • Comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner with hotel clients and members
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable with using mobile applications
  • Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both English, Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Keen to learn and able to work independently
  • Good working attitude and team player


Other Details
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Singaporeans and PRs to apply
