Job Title: Fast Food Assistant Manager (ID1399)
Location: Island wide in Singapore (Will fix outlet after interview)
Working Hours: 6 days 44 hours per week
Salary: Up to $3400

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the shift in consistently exceeding customer expectation through flawless execution of CHAMPS and customer mania in the restaurant.
• Properly trained team to help ensure success.
• Ensuring all products are always available during business hours.
• Handling of customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• To handle restaurant-based delivery operations efficiently by:
• Ensuring that orders are properly and promptly packed and delivered to meet or exceed set KPIS.
• Carrying out evaluation checks on restaurant-based deliveries.
• Ensuring dress code standards of all team members to ensure compliance to CHAMPS standards.
• Recruitment of Full-Time and Part-Time employees
• Interviewing of potential candidate
• Gathering of personal documents to upload and key information into HR system
• To conduct Orientation for new team members on their first day.
• Conducting shift briefing for team members before shift deployment.
• Ensure maximum productivity by deploying team members effectively.
• Ordering of inventory stocks from suppliers.
• Take appropriate action to manage cost of labour, goods and wastages by analysing the P&L.
• Monitor staff amenities & chemical usage to prevent abuse and wastages
• To carry out security checks on the restaurant during pre-opening checks and post-closing checks.
• To issue float, carries out drawer bleeds, surprise cash checks and cash clearing in accordance with CCP.
• Any other additional duties and responsibility assigned by the Area Coach.

Requirements:
• Diligent team player passionate about F&B operation
• Good communication and leadership skills
• At least 1-2 years F&B working experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of MS Words/Excel and Email
• Determined and capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
