Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
  • Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising and product displays to maximize customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse or suppliers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and develop action plans to drive growth.
  • Train new staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
  • Work closely with marketing and management on promotions, events, and campaigns.


Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
