We are seeking a committed Administrator to join our team! Your main responsibility is to essentially provide an all-round administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Bukit Merah
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Perm / Contract (able to commit for 1 year or longer)
- $2000-$2500
- Commence work ASAP
Responsibilities:
- To assist in all admin & receptionist duties
- Hands-on role supporting daily office operation
- Coordination of logistics / deliveries
- Coordination with operations to ensure orders are correctly fulfilled
- To provide admin support to sales team (eg. arranging/packing of samples)
- To assist in simple hands-on tasks: packing / sorting / counting of stocks (when needed)
- To take charge of office/guest area general tidiness / cleanliness
- And other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- SINGAPOREANS only
- Proactive, responsible, and cheerful personality
- Able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to converse in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- No experience needed, but must be willing to learn and possess right attitude.
