Job Description
Job Requirement
- Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies/licences, for the optimal use of State land and properties
- Evaluate applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, and conduct consultations with agencies
- Formulate and review policies to achieve desired results for better management of the tenancies/licenses
- Conduct process-reviews, so as to streamline processes and shift processes to the technological platform
- Maintain good relations with tenants/licensees, through proper follow ups on customers' requests, prompt response to enquiries, etc
Job Requirement
- Background in Real Estate or related studies
- Candidates without experience or with 1-2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
- Able to work well both independently and in a team
- Must be meticulous, analytical, motivated with a positive mind set
- Has good level of initiative and resourcefulness
- Able to perform administrative tasks
