We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Receptionist cum Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. If you're someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and has a flair for marketing, this could be the perfect role for you!

Reception & Customer Service:

• Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
• Handle client payments and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain customer records and feedback for continuous service improvement.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Assist in creating and executing salon marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Manage the salon's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) - post content, reply to DMs/comments, and increase engagement.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
• Take before/after photos (with client consent) for use in social media and promotions.
• Support in designing posters, flyers, and digital content using tools like Canva or similar.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with influencers or local partners for promotional activities.
