Working location: Harbourfront Centre

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to daily office operations
  • Handle data entry and update internal records
  • Manage filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and room bookings
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other routine documents
  • Monitor office inventory and place orders when needed
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers
  • Support HR or finance team in paperwork processing
  • Assist in onboarding logistics for new hires
  • Ensure office procedures are organized and up to date

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
