Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
  • Coordinates and prioritizes administrative work, track and schedule meeting for supporting department management.
  • Screen incoming calls and reply on behalf of management incoming mails.
  • Schedule and book flight and hotel for overseas trip.
  • Provide support to general operations or specific department.
  • Handle day to day tasks such as incoming mail, courier, travel, order office supplies and maintain a filing system.
  • Normally receives detailed instructions on all work and assist in preparation of memos, letters, presentations/ reports (typing, duplicate copies).
  • Plan and organize group meetings involving internal and external staff.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):
  • Minimum GCE 'O' with secretarial experience
  • Pleasant personality.
  • PC literate in Microsoft applications.
  • Meticulous, independent, analytical and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
