Location:  Jurong Point
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM (One weekday off per week, rostered)
Contract Duration: Immediate – 8 November 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the use of Internet Banking (IB) and Self-Service Terminals (SSTs) to customers

• Guide and assist customers in completing digital transactions independently

• Handle general product enquiries and assist with physical form filling

• Support administrative tasks such as document checking, scanning, and filing

• Help corporate customers with form filling when their online applications are rejected

• Assist with the submission of e-financing applications

• Provide backup support as a Service Support Officer when required

• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while standing throughout the day to serve customers
